Fireworks and performances by Japanese stars. Part of the admission fee will be used for East Japan earthquake reconstruction assistance for victims. Victims of the earthquake will be invited to view the fireworks and all fireworks displayed are manufactured in Sendai city or Miyagi prefecture.
